A few useful details

Why three options?

One price asks “yes or no?”. Three options ask “which one?”, and give the homeowner a way to spend more if they want to. Keep the lowest one a job you are still happy to do.

Why list what is not included?

End-of-job arguments are often about something one side thought was included. Writing it down up front protects the price and the relationship.

Is this a legal contract?

It is a plain quote template. Rules for home-improvement contracts differ by state and country, so check what yours require before you use it as the signed contract. This is not legal advice.

Is anything saved or sent?

Nothing is sent to us. Your business details are saved in this browser so you do not retype them; customer details disappear when you leave the page.
