Your information

When you join the HomeService Flow waitlist, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, town or city, optional website, state and trade, and the time and version of your launch-update consent. The waitlist is currently for businesses in the United States.

How we use it

We use these details to manage the waitlist, understand which trades and regions are interested, and contact you about HomeService Flow’s launch and early access. Location information may support a future regional overview of the community. Joining the waitlist does not publish your business on a map or sign you up for SMS marketing. Joining does not create a member account or start a paid subscription.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist entries are stored in Supabase and are not publicly accessible. We do not sell your waitlist information. The public landing page does not add advertising trackers.

Change your mind anytime

To withdraw your consent, correct your details, or ask us to remove your entry, send a privacy request below. We keep waitlist entries while managing the launch, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Contact and setup requests

When you use a contact form, we store the details you provide, your message, the page and type of request, and the time of submission in our private Supabase database. Only our administrators can access the Leads area. We use these details to respond to your request and keep internal follow-up notes. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing or create a member account. You can use the privacy form above to request correction or removal.
